I had a great time sitting down with Jessica Kraus and Kim Hines, co-owners along with their husbands, Mark and Jason, of Lost Way Brewery in Holdrege.
It was great to hear the story of how these Michigan and New Mexico transplants, ended up in small town Nebraska. Even better is how their drive, ambition, and reliance on each other have made this brewery a gem in the Holdrege community.
