I had a great time sitting down with Pat Slack and talking about his journey as a small business owner.
Pat is the owner of C21 Midlands, which is the local Century 21 Real Estate Brokerage here in Kearney.
We talked about how a two week class to learn the business of being an auctioneer lead to him getting his real estate license, how he works to motivate and educate his agents, and the struggles he has faced during his first three and a half years as a business owner.
